I'm 18 years old girl from Finland.

This blog is about my weight loss. I need people who have done it and who are trying to do it to support me, because this is so hard to me. I follow back all weight loss blogs.

Start weight: 86,9 kg (191,58lbs)
Goal weight 1: 80kg (176 lbs)
Goal weight 2: 75kg (165lbs)

9: Even if you’re typically “not” hungry in the morning, you should get some food in your system. Breakfast is such an important part of your day! If you don’t have time there are always quick healthy options, like fruit shakes.
10: Drinking water is SO important in any lifestyle. It is a miracle drink in itself and many people find ways around it! DRINK TONS OF COLD WATER! Cold water because it seems to go down easier than warm water. Drink out of big cups or even big water bottles to make sure you’re getting more than enough H2O throughout the day!

^^^ some people cant drink cold water (like me) because it hurts… dont know the health facts about it but doctor said im not the only one. i always have to drink room temp water.
